In the first episode of our two-part series, we explore the key trends shaping the next chapter of Global Business Services.

Survey results show that more than half of GBS organizations are planning to expand their footprint, driven by new functions and market demands.

While India, the USA, and Poland remain the top destinations, Portugal is emerging as a strong contender on the global map.
