Ebben az epizódban
Edith Eger was 16 years old when she danced for Josef Mengele at Auschwitz the same night her mother was sent to the gas chamber.
And then she spent decades running from what happened until she finally turned around and walked straight back into it.
What she found there changed everything.
Edith teaches that freedom is not something that happens to you.
By becoming your own good parent, facing what you have been carrying, and giving yourself permission to let go.
Anger is not the primary emotion, she says.
And underneath fear is a little child who just needs someone to show up.
This conversation will rearrange something inside you.
It is about learning to cherish the wound, and using it to become more alive.
